As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you'll work on the development of advanced systems across multiple defense domains. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering tasks related to designing, integrating, and testing electrical systems used on military platforms to deliver innovative solutions that evolve with emerging technologies. You will guide a skilled and varied team of engineers, support their development, and ensure the success of the mission.
From concept through the product lifecycle, you'll lead design, integration, and testing efforts, applying leading-edge principles and industry best practices. Your expertise will help solve complex challenges, influence acquisition strategies, and deliver highly innovative solutions to our clients. You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field
  • Experience with electronics design, schematics capture, PCB design, and fabrication
  • Experience performing testing and troubleshooting of electronic or electrical devices to the component level in various conditions
  • Experience with the integration, testing, and development of electrical systems into military platforms
  • Experience with the development, planning, and execution of environmental and EMI testing of electrical systems
  • Ability to prepare written documents, including reports, test plans, design specifications, requirements documents, and training materials
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to work in indoor labs and outdoor test ranges
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

  • Experience conducting basic and applied research and learning new technologies
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
