Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
  1. Communication Skills: Comfortable addressing large groups, your engaging communication style will be a significant asset in enhancing the onboard experience.
  2. Water Enthusiast: As we're an ocean-based venture, being a proficient swimmer and feeling at ease in the water is crucial for your safety and the safety of our guests. Possession of a Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one is a definite plus.
  3. Physical Strength: The role requires occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), ensuring smooth operations during the provisioning process.
  4. Blue Card Certification: Candidates must obtain a Department of Liquor Blue Card within 90 days of joining the team.
