Job Title: Part Time Dispatcher(s)                                                             Reports To: Transportation Manager

General Overview:

Mayflower Cruises & Tours, a national tour company located in Lisle, IL and a division of Scenic, USA is looking to hire experienced Dispatchers.

As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with transportation arrangements, ensuring that they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will also liaise with our partners, passengers, and staff and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, late nights/early mornings, and weekends
  • Data entry utilizing excel and in-house systems
  • Deliver exceptional guest experience
  • Knowledge of IL, IN, WI Chicagoland areas
  • Maintain professional relationships with direct guests, colleagues, and travel advisor partners
  • Advise traffic solutions, and coordination when needed
  • Assist with projects or other assigned projects

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • A drive for delivering an excellent guest experience
  • Willingness to participate in and adapt to an ever-changing environment
