Job description

We are seeking an Office Assistant Part Time for our home healthcare company! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, intake applications, claim processing and keep the office in order. This is a part time position. You can adjust the schedule to your liking as long as it fits within the days between Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule RN appointments for clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Bill insurance companies
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
