Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to support crucial federal compliance operations. This role focuses on extensive data entry, database research, and compliance auditing. You will work closely with Auditors and Criminal Investigators to maintain the integrity of immigration compliance and employment eligibility systems. We are sourcing candidates from Northeast, Midwest, South, and West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Input, evaluate, and manage critical data with high accuracy.
  • Database Queries: Utilize DHS databases to run queries, build spreadsheets, and conduct  targeted research.
  • Form I-9 Auditing: Assist Investigators and Auditors with the evaluation of Employment Eligibility Verification forms.
  • Report Drafting: Assist with drafting official audit reports, legal warnings, and fine-related paperwork for compliance audits.
  • Team Coordination: Actively coordinate audit workflows and procedures with federal investigators and auditing staff.
  • Office Administration: Handle daily administrative functions for government property, facility access, and IT processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
