Happy Tails RVA is a one stop shop for pet service needs in the Richmond area, including mobile pet grooming, pet sitting/dog walking and concierge services. Our goal is to bring qualified, experienced and passionate pet service providers to care for a family's pets as their own.
These positions are for part time dog walkers and pet sitters in the Midlothian, VA and North Chesterfield, VA area.
Job Responsibilities
Pet Care:
  • Feed and provide fresh water
  • Walk dogs and play fetch
  • Provide companionship and playtime
  • Litter box maintenance for cats
  • Administer medications as needed
  • Follow specific instructions related to each pet's routine and needs
  • Provide regular updates on pet's well being
  • Address concerns promptly

Home Care:
  • Secure home
  • Bring in mail/packages, water plants, and other household duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Experience caring for pets required
  • Previous pet sitting experience strongly preferred
  • Pet CPR certification and/or first aid certification preferred
