About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Distribution Associate to support third-party distribution operations within a warehouse environment. This role focuses on shipping, packaging, receiving, inventory handling, and order accuracy.

Freight scheduling and carrier coordination are handled externally. This position is responsible for preparing orders for outbound pickup and managing inventory movement within the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Shipping, packaging, and receiving outbound and inbound orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Process and stage will call orders for customer pickup
  • Verify order accuracy against packing lists and shipping documentation
  • Stage completed orders for outbound pickup
  • Operate forklift or reach truck to move, stage, and organize inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned storage areas
  • Track inventory movement and order status using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to warehouse leadership
  • Safely move and handle inventory independently, as required

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
  • Forklift experience required (reach truck experience preferred; training available)
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance with strong attention to detail
