Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeping & Make-Ready Cleaner to support daily property upkeep and prepare vacant units for new residents. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and presentable property grounds.
  • Pick up trash and empty common-area trash bins.
  • Clean vacant units, including trash-outs, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Maintain breezeways, pool areas, and other common areas.
  • Assist with basic property and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment.

Required Qualifications

  • No prior maintenance or trade experience required.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
