Job description

Enterprise Asset Management Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a facilities professional, you understand that enterprise-level real property asset planning requires careful analysis, disciplined coordination, and the ability to translate facility conditions and planning data into actionable, mission-aligned documentation. We need an experience d facilities professional who can apply analytical skills, strategic insight, and strong communication to support Marine Corps real property asset management planning at the enterprise-level.
On our team, you'll support enterprise real property asset planning by helping evaluate real property portfolios, reviewing facility utilization and condition information, and preparing structured analysis to support long-term investment and planning decisions. You'll assist with identifying strategic trends, validating asset data, and helping integrate facility information across installation and command-level planning efforts. You'll also support planning coordination by e nga ging with installation planners, engineering teams, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure real property asset planning inputs remain accurate, aligned, and actionable.
Your ability to synthesize facility data, interpret planning priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders will help the Marine Corps maintain an accurate and mission-aligned asset picture that informs readiness decisions. With mentoring, exposure to enterprise-level tools, and opportunities to learn new skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:
  • Knowledge of facility lifecycle management practices, enterprise planning concepts, or real property coordination workflows
  • Ability to interpret facility or programming information, operational requirements, or enterprise planning inputs, and incorporate them into structured summaries
  • Ability to coordinate with installation or enterprise-level stakeholders to support requirement tracking, asset verification, or planning workflows
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset planning, installation operations, or infrastructure analysis, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset planning, installation operations, or infrastructure analysis

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience contributing to enterprise planning packages, resource prioritization materials, real property portfolio summaries, or cross-regional planning artifacts
  • Experience using enterprise systems such as iNFADS, FI Web, PBIS, DAI, PAX, or AMS, to support asset visibility, planning alignment, or data reconciliation
  • Experience supporting planning integration, facility condition analysis, or enterprise asset reporting
  • Knowledge of real property portfolio management, asset condition assessment tools, or enterprise planning processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field preferred ; Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field a plus
  • Facilities or Project Management Certification s such as CFM and PMP Certification s

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
