Server:
As a server Tucanos Brazilian Grill, you will play a leading role in providing for the genuine care and gratification of our guests. Part tour guide, and part server, you will introduce your guests to the festive and upbeat culture of Brazil through a unique dining experience that features exceptional food and the finest personal care and service. Together with your fellow team members you will deliver an unparalleled experience which fulfills even the unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
As a server, you will describe the Tucanos experience and menu items, assist in making food and beverage selections, take and ring in orders, and deliver food and beverages to our guests. You will be responsible for following established guidelines and procedures that ensure the quality of the food and service. In addition, as a team member, you will lend a hand with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, performing light kitchen prep work, and preparing to go orders. You will also maintain accountability for your entire station and for communicating with your front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a dining experience that exceeds our guests' expectations.
