Part time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for busy Plumbing company.
A leader in the Plumbing and Sewer/Drain Industry is seeking a Dispatcher/CSR to join our established team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a stable company with a solid record of growth and top performance. This position plays a key role in coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and supporting daily office operations.
This position is part-time approximately 20-30 hours per week. Set work hours will be discussed in the interview. Saturday shift is mandatory. Office experience is an asset but not required. Previous dispatching experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the ideal candidate who brings a positive attitude and desire to learn.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  • Enter call details into Service Titan
  • Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
  • Dispatch technicians to assigned jobs and locations
  • Close out jobs with information given by technician
  • Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
  • Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
  • Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum two years admin experience is preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
