The Homeowners Association (HOA) Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of common areas, buildings, and community amenities within the HOA property. This part-time position helps maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of common areas, buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, lighting, and amenities
- Complete minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic landscaping
- Maintain pool areas, clubhouses, fitness centers, mail kiosks, and other shared facilities
- Replace light bulbs, pressure wash surfaces, clean gutters, and remove debris
- Assist with trash and recycling area maintenance
- Monitor irrigation systems and report landscaping issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from management on time
- Identify safety hazards and report major repair needs
- Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
- Maintain maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
- Keep accurate records of completed work and supply usage
- Ensure compliance with HOA rules, safety standards, and local regulations
Part-Time Mon-Fri 15 - 20 hours per week (morning or afternoon)
