Registered Nurse - Med Surg Pulmonary Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital - $5k Sign-On Bonus. Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242 Work Schedule: Full Time Days- (72 hours bi-weekly) 7:00am - 7:30pm Every 3rd weekend rotation Holiday rotation The 5300 Medical-Surgical Renal/Pulmonary Unit at TriHealth Bethesda North is a 43-bed unit specializing in the care of patients with renal and pulmonary conditions, including COPD exacerbations and dialysis complications. Our diverse patient population provides a dynamic environment that allows nurses to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Registered Nurse Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs a various stages of the life cycle Preferred membership in related professional organization RNs with more than 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time acute care experience Preferred certification in specialty Job Responsibilities: Perform and document initial and ongoing patient/family assessments. Develop, communicate, and update individualized plans of care, including discharge planning. Provide safe, patientcentered care that supports autonomy, dignity, and diversity.

Recognize and respond to emergencies and take appropriate clinical action. Carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner. Complete assigned care and documentation within required timeframes.
