About the Organization
Bright Path Behavioral Health is a Walpole, Massachusetts based treatment center providing dual diagnosis care to individuals and families across the state. As part of the Resilience Behavioral Health network, Bright Path offers a full continuum of structured, evidence-based programming, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, with an emphasis on treating mental health and substance use conditions together.
The Opportunity
Bright Path Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Operations Support Specialist to support client engagement within its PHP/IOP programming. This remote role, with evening and weekend hours required, works closely with the clinical team to help keep clients connected to their scheduled groups and sessions.
What You'll Do
  • Take attendance for client groups and sessions
  • Call clients who do not show up for their scheduled groups to check in and encourage continued engagement
