\n We are looking for a reliable, organized, and welcoming front desk Operations Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This part\-time temporary position supports daily operations by managing visitor access, assisting with meetings, coordinating travel details, handling shipping and receiving, supporting the accounting team, and performing light data entry to support general office functions.

  • Provide support to the accounting team, including organizing customer payment information, assisting with vendor invoice tracking, and helping maintain accurate records.<\/span>

  • Process outgoing shipments<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, updating logs, and tracking operational items.<\/span>

  • Answer and route calls from the main company line.<\/span>

  • Maintain neat, organized, and equipped common and meeting areas.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including refreshments when needed.<\/span>

  • Assist with travel arrangements, including supporting itinerary organization and help confirm details for smooth travel.<\/span>
