At JPC Architects, we're not your average design firm. We're leaders in corporate interiors and architecture, known for our innovative approach and client-focused designs. With over 30 years of experience and a team of 65 talented individuals, we're proud of the work we do and the culture we've built.

As our part-time Receptionist (15 - 20 hours/week), you'll be the smiling face that greets everyone who walks through our doors. Think of yourself as the "Director of First Impressions," spreading good vibes and making our designers' lives a breeze.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Warmly welcome guests like they're VIPs.
  • Juggle incoming calls like a pro.
  • Team up with our front desk squad to keep the good times rolling. Think epic office parties, fundraisers, and more!
  • Keep things spick and span – because a tidy office equals a happy office.
  • Master the kitchen realm – from brewing the perfect cup of joe to tidying up after our legendary shindigs.
  • Keep tabs on supplies and swoop in to save the day when we're running low.
  • Taking on other duties as assigned with a sprinkle of creativity and a dash of enthusiasm!

What qualifications do you need?

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional office setting. A way with words and top-notch communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A can-do attitude that lights up the room.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

But wait, there's more! At JPC, it's not all about the grind. Sure, we create mind-blowing designs, but we also know how to have fun. Think birthday bashes, community outreach, group workouts, and epic happy hours. Oh, and did we mention our Insta-worthy office shenanigans?

Ready to dive in? The pay range for this role is $23/hr - $26/hr. Plus, we've got your commute covered with either a sweet parking spot or a snazzy bus pass.

If you're pumped to join the team, hit us up! We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into the JPC fam with open arms.
