Key Responsibilities

  • In-Home Consultations: Meet with pre-booked clients in their homes to assess their needs, offering expert guidance on styles, fabrics, and functionality.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize your design and negotiation skills to close sales, confidently guiding clients from inspiration to purchase.
  • Attention to detail and high technical aptitude: Accurately measure windows for quoting purposes and prepare detailed, correct orders for production. (final measurements are done by our certified installers)
  • Installation Oversight: Manage the final phase by overseeing professional installations, ensuring a seamless, high-end experience for the client.
  • Client Relations: Build lasting rapport with homeowners, delivering the premium service that has defined our company for two decades.

Qualifications

To maintain our high standards of service, we require candidates who possess:

  • Hunter Douglas Expertise (Required): A strong, foundational knowledge of the Hunter Douglas product line is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating CRM systems, managing spreadsheets for sales tracking, and utilizing online quoting and ordering platforms.
  • Proven Sales Ability: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Autonomy & Organization: Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to efficiently handle a portfolio of clients.
  • Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to scheduled appointments.

What We Offer

  • Highly Qualified Leads: Full support from our showroom team, ensuring your time is spent with serious buyers.
  • Strong Earning Potential: A competitive commission structure with expected earnings of $40,000 to $55,000 on a 2 to 3-day weekly commitment.
  • Work-Life Balance: The flexibility of a predictable, part-time schedule with the earning power of an established industry leader.
