The Part-Time Food Truck Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced food truck environment while maintaining excellent customer service, food safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness. Part-time position averaging 10-19 hours per week. Hours may include early mornings, lunch service, special events, and occasional evenings based on operational needs.
Specific Position Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food quality standards.
Assist with daily food truck setup, operation, and breakdown.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations.
Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and service area.
