Job Description

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and care
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently using Dentrix dental software
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately
Verify insurance eligibility and assist with insurance claims processing
Collect payments and manage daily financial transactions
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance
Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and optimize clinic efficiency
Assist with general administrative duties including filing, faxing, and correspondence

Salary Range

Part-time $18 - $25 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
