Your Role as a Dental Assistant

  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient
  • Assist chairside during periodontal and implant procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA-compliant workflows
  • Take and process digital dental x-rays
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and post-operative care
  • Maintain organized treatment areas and support inventory management
  • Document patient care accurately and support smooth daily clinical flow


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred)
  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred, ideally in a surgical or periodontal setting
  • Radiography certification required
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
  • Professional, calm, and team-oriented approach
