We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support the financial and administrative operations of our practice. This role supports project billing, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and general accounting functions within a fast-paced, project-driven studio environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments Assist with client invoicing and project billing Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards Support month-end close and financial reporting processes Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and certificates of insurance Enter and maintain accurate accounting records within accounting systems Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Operations teams QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Experience within the AEC industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software Familiarity with Ajera, Deltek, and QuickBooks Online preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records WHY 3NORTH?
