Perspective historique du developpement international en Afrique (colonialisme, regimes politiques, population, conflits). Axes de developpement, questions actuelles et emergentes liees aux initiatives de developpement international en Afrique : sante, education, securite alimentaire, economie (ressources naturelles et humaines, poids de la dette, modeles economiques, strategies de developpement), droits humains.
Volet : Cours magistral
Prealable : 54 credits universitaires incluant DVM 2505, DVM 2506.

Doctorat complete ou en voie d'etre complete en developpement international ou dans un domaine connexe; experience en enseignement universitaire un atout. Les candidat-es doivent soumettre une ebauche de plan de cours (deux pages minimum) indiquant comment ils-elles entendent repondre aux attentes du cours.
