Job description

Work arrangement: U.S.-based remote/virtual, with potential international travel
Engagement: contingent, part-time/on-call proposal and post-award expert
Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Provide independent technical challenge and release review for USTDA-style digital-infrastructure decision products.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
•Challenge evidence, alternatives, assumptions and conclusions across cyber, AI, data centers, connectivity, finance and country analysis.
•Review TOR-budget-schedule consistency, citations, defined terms, confidentiality and requirement coverage.
•Produce concise comment dispositions and release recommendations independent of originating analysis.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
•10+ years of relevant multidisciplinary technical, feasibility or investment-review judgment.
•Named reviews of complex infrastructure reports, TORs, budgets or Government decision products.
•Strong editing without diluting technical meaning; demonstrable independence and conflict controls.
•Europe/Eurasia or international-development experience preferred.
•U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
•Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
