Your Role in the Domino's Team-

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service and leave a great lasting impression on our customers.
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally at their doorsteps, addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Take orders over the phone and via the web, providing clear and concise information about their orders and estimated delivery times.

Delivery:

  • Deliver our products to our amazing customers promptly and safely.
  • Assemble orders and ensure they are packaged safely for delivery.
  • Ensure the quality of products meets standards before delivery.
  • Confirm vehicle is in safe working order before deliveries.

Food Preparation and Service:

  • Prepare and package food products to standard during non-delivery times.
  • Assist with food preparation and packaging, ensuring all items meet Domino's quality standards.

Operational Support:

  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliver flyers/hangers along your route to promote new products, deals, and services.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Team Support:

  • Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
