Total Package Delivery LLC is hiring dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver, you'll operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, deliver packages to residential and business customers, and provide excellent customer service throughout your route.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws and safety procedures
  • Deliver packages accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Use GPS and delivery technology to navigate assigned routes
  • Load, organize, lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery
  • Follow company procedures for vehicle safety, package handling, and route completion
  • Work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and team members
  • Manage multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Flexible Scheduling

We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions with shifts available 7 days a week. Typical shifts are 8–10 hours per day.


Full-Time

  • 4–5 days per week
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)


Part-Time

  • 1, 2, or 3 days per week
  • Must be available at least one weekend day each week
  • Weekend-only schedules also available


Seasonal

  • November 15 – January 15
  • Full-time and part-time positions available, one weekend day required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Missouri Class E driver's license required before training
  • No CDL required
  • Clean driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous delivery, driving, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with GPS/navigation technology
  • Previous commercial or professional driving experience
  • Bilingual communication skills


Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training!


A Typical Day

Your day starts with preparing your delivery vehicle and organizing packages for your assigned route. You'll use GPS and delivery technology to navigate neighborhoods, deliver packages to customers, and manage your route efficiently.

Every day brings new challenges. You'll stay active throughout your shift, work independently on the road, and interact with customers while representing Total Package Delivery and Amazon professionally.
