Part-Time Finishing Assembler


Willow Hill Supply, LLC is seeking 1–2 part-time Finishing Assemblers to join our team in Winchester, Kentucky.

Founded in 2011, Willow Hill Supply is a U.S. manufacturer of embroidered patches, printed goods, and tactical products operating under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem. We take pride in producing high-quality products while providing outstanding customer service. Our customers include the military, law enforcement, fire departments, government agencies, and businesses across the country.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for assembling and preparing embroidered and sewn products for final production. No previous experience is required—we'll train the right person.


Essential Job Duties

  • Operate a heat press to apply various backings to products.
  • Operate finishing equipment and machinery.
  • Glue, cut, and assemble products to required specifications using hot glue and spray adhesive.
  • Maintain a steady production pace while producing quality work.
  • Inspect products for defects and report any quality concerns.
  • Help meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality standards.
  • Able to maintain a consistent production pace.
  • Comfortable using scissors and performing repetitive hand movements.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing or sitting for extended periods while performing repetitive hand movements. Employees must be able to:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Maintain close attention to detail while working with small products.

Job Type

We are looking to hire one or two part-time employees.

Flexible Schedule

Monday through Friday

Approximately 20–30 hours per week (schedule can be discussed during the interview).

No evenings or weekends.

Starting Pay

Starting at $14.50 per hour (based on experience).
