Job description

JOB TITLE: Production Assembler, Full Time, Part Time, Day Shift

EMPLOYEE STATUS: Hourly, non-exempt

JOB DESCREIPTION: Perform a series of assembly tasks to manufacture assigned products.

START WAGE:

1st Shift: $14.00 - $16.90 per hour

TERRIFIC BENEFITS (Must work 30 hours per week):

Health and Dental Insurance (company pays a portion), Paid Time Off (Less than 1 year - 10 days - accrual earned per regular paid hours), Paid Holidays, 403b Retirement Plan - (company match up to 4% after 60 days), Paid Training

Paid Benefits include Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance (2 x annual salary)

WORK SCHEDULE (Flexible Hours):

  • 1st Shift: Full Time: Mon. - Fri. 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or Mon. - Thurs. 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • 1st Shift Part Time: Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS/PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

  • Demonstrates ability to work well in a team
  • Demonstrates quality control by inspection work performed.
  • Consistently meets production targets after training period.
  • Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate with others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift 30 to 40 pounds with
  • Good manual dexterity requiring hand-eye
  • Upper body repetitive motion requiring standing to perform
  • You may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
