POSITION SUMMARY:

At Divine Steps Therapy we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. We are looking for passionate individuals who find satisfaction in helping children achieve life's milestones. Our therapist position provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders by implementing intervention plans, directed by behavior analyst. You will be fully trained and supported by an experienced team of clinical supervisors, managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Background screening and clearance

  • Current driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • RBT Certification required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide ABA Therapy for children in home and community settings to assist them with improving behaviors and acquiring new skills.

  • Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plan and directed by BCBA or qualified health professional

  • Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets

  • Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
