We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative team at our New Rochelle office.
Position Overview
The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, updating, and organizing company information. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and documents, and able to complete detailed assignments with minimal supervision.
The selected candidate must be able to work in person at our New Rochelle office. The schedule will fall between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; however, the specific workdays and hours can be arranged based on the candidate’s availability and the company’s needs.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems
  • Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organize, scan, label, upload, and maintain electronic files
  • Update client, vendor, employee, project, and operational records
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or conflicting information
  • Notify the appropriate team member when documents or information are missing
  • Prepare and update basic reports, checklists, and document-tracking logs
  • Assist with maintaining organized digital and physical records
  • Handle company, employee, and client information confidentially
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
