**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **CDP Implementation & Management:**
- Lead the deployment and configuration of the CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing marketing tools and data sources.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CDP, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and security protocols are maintained.

2. **Data Strategy Development:**
- Design and implement a comprehensive data strategy to gather, organize, and analyze customer data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data collection processes and define data governance frameworks.

3. **Customer Segmentation & Analysis:**
- Utilize the CDP to create detailed customer profiles and segments, allowing for personalized marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. **Performance Measurement & Reporting:**
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present insights and reports to stakeholders, highlighting significant findings and recommendations.

5. **Collaboration with Stakeholders:**
- Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CDP-related inquiries and training.

6. **Continuous Optimization:**
- Evaluate and implement improvements to CDP processes and workflows based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer data management and analytics.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, marketing analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience specifically managing a CDP.
- Proficiency in CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, BlueConic, Tealium) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data integration methodologies.
- Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data security.
