The Administrative Assistant Casual Pool team at the Department of Health Tasmania provides an efficient client focused front line reception and clerical support to clinical services and the general public, across a range of health services and settings. Working collaboratively with clinical and nonclinical teams within Statewide Mental Health Services, Administrative Assistants contribute to the smooth daytoday operations through tasks such as reception services, data entry, appointment coordination, records management, and general administration. The team values adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork, supporting continuity of services while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and a strong focus on quality patient and stakeholder support.
