Job description

A leading Charleston boutique hotel company is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Data Entry Specialist to assist with invoice processing and payments. With an enchanting blend of opulence and intimacy, history and hospitality, culture and cuisine, and art and architecture, we are proud to represent the city of Charleston. Job Duties:
  • Verify all invoices and communicate with department managers to solve any discrepancies.
  • Enter all invoice data in accounting software and process payments.
  • Scan and index a high volume of invoices and documents into the company database.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior accounts payable or receivable experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products - especially Excel
  • Prior experience with Sage Accounting software a plus
  • Highly organized and possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Able to work as a team with a fluid result
  • Must be available to work Tuesdays and one other day of the week.
