Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (2nd Shift)

Location: South Burlington, VT
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 20-38 Hours per Week

Shift Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

  • Friday: 5:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time second-shift schedule. This position is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy while meeting productivity expectations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, can manage a high volume of information, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data from source documents into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Review, verify, and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Identify discrepancies and resolve errors according to established procedures.

  • Maintain electronic records and files in an organized manner.

  • Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure data integrity.

  • Process large volumes of information while maintaining productivity standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

  • Follow company procedures and data entry guidelines.
