Job description

There are a lot of BCBA jobs in New Jersey.

Most of them will tell you about their competitive salary, their flexible schedule, and their “supportive team.”

We’d rather tell you who we are.

At Step Up Family Services, we built our organization around five values: Excellence, Belonging, Empowerment, Teamwork, and Authenticity. Those aren’t words on a wall. They are the reason we set manageable caseloads, invest in your growth, serve families that other agencies turn away, and actually listen when you tell us what you need.

Also, we’re building something new: the Garden State Institute for Behavior Analysis launches later this year — a professional hub for supervision, CEUs, and community that will reshape NJ’s ABA landscape. Join us now and help build it.

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervises Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes. Services may be delivered in the home, center, or community settings.
