Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who also possesses exceptional analytical and business problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and optimizing enterprise data platforms while partnering closely with business stakeholders to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
This position offers a unique blend of hands-on data engineering responsibilities and business-facing analytics work, requiring an individual who can both build scalable data solutions and contribute meaningfully to business discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Platform Development (50%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within Microsoft Azure.
  • Build and optimize data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory.
  • Develop transformation workflows using Databricks and Spark notebooks.
  • Create and maintain data models and transformation logic to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Manage data integration processes between Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and support production data pipelines, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
  • Implement infrastructure and platform enhancements using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and scalability across the analytics ecosystem.
