Overview
Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services (NPAS) is a national appraisal management company providing valuation services to lending institutions and to federal government agencies. We are dedicated to excellence and committed to delivering value to our clients. We seek a Data Collection Orders Analyst to manage the Data Collection process by locating Data Collectors, assigning orders for acceptance, obtaining best turn time and fee for data collector assignment, and reviewing completed reports all while exceeding client expectations. The Data Collection Order Analyst will understand all aspects of how data collection reports are completed, the technology used by data collectors, their requirements, and who is best to engage for these services.

Primary Duties:

  • EMAILS (All day Priority – stop and handle as they appear)
  • NEW ORDERS
  • HOLDS
  • UNACCEPTED (All day Priority – stop and handle as they appear)
  • FILES WHICH REQUIRE QUOTING: OLDER THEN 1 DAY / PAID RUSHES / HOT LIST
  • REVIEW – Process data collection reports that are ready to be reviewed, and send to the appropriate person/location.
  • Locating data collectors and signing up data collectors for areas as needed – panel, External Sites, App.com, Yellow pages, Google, USRES panel, etc.
  • Communicating with data collectors for acceptance and updated information via phone and email
  • Accepting orders from third-party sites
  • Entering orders from third-party sites
  • Assist with special requests regarding orders
  • Act as back up for Orders Analyst when off
  • Occasionally a situation may present itself that some responsibility overlaps departments, if you are unsure of what direction to take seeks advice from your Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to associate and work well with others including co-workers, vendors, suppliers and customers.
  • Must have 1-3 years’ experience in office and customer service field or related field.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • General knowledge of processing, underwriting or appraisals a must.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being able to communicate effectively, good listening skills, deal with difficult calls, problem solve.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Underwriting, Lending or Banking is a big plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC
  • Heavy data entry (a significant amount of typing on a keyboard and repetitive motion with a mouse)
  • Focusing/looking at a computer monitor for extended periods
  • Reading documents in print and electronically
  • Bending, twisting and stooping required on a regular basis
  • Use of a telephone to make and receive calls
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
