Part-Time Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

Good Shepherd Pet Hospital is seeking an outstanding, animal-loving, experienced veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated and fun team!

We are a growing veterinary practice located in Odessa, FL, serving the Odessa, Trinity, and surrounding communities. Our state-of-the-art hospital is committed to providing high-quality medical care supported by a compassionate, team-oriented, and highly skilled staff. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.

Position Details
  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Experience Required: 1+ year in a veterinary practice (required)
  • Schedule: Must have availability during hospital hours
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ year veterinary receptionist experience required
  • Experience with eVetPractice preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
