Description of Work
Responsible for answering incoming calls to Nebraska Public Media, routing calls, and answering general questions. Process check and credit card transactions for membership department, sales transactions, and web transactions. Responsible for additional support duties as assigned.
Typical schedule will be:
Monday: Rotating between AM and PM shift
Wednesday/Friday: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm
