Part-Time | Registered Nurse RN

Schedule: Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (32 hours per pay period)

Pay Range: $39.45– $49.31 per hour (based on experience)

Sign on Bonus: $2,500

-Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice

Minimum Qualifications

-Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

-Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

-Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism

-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

-Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
