Every Weekend Registered Nurse - Saturday and Sunday


Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

We offer services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and dementia/Alzheimer's care.   • Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

  • Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

Qualifications:

  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
