Part-Time Call Center Agent
Company: Sound Telecom l Location: Spokane, WA (In-Office)
Pay: $18-$21/hr l Hours: Part-Time, Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and Holidays
Sound Telecom is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments - from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid, hands-on training.
What You'll Do:
  • Handle incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude.
  • Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and/or relay key information.
  • Use our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional communication skills.
  • Strong English spelling and grammar.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
