About the role
Do you have a passion for aquatics and helping others succeed? HealthFitness is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to provide part-time (working approximately 4-8 hours per week depending on demand and scheduling) support for our Aquatics Team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Join us in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
  • Must have a strong swim background.
  • Proficiency in all swim strokes.

The compensation range for this role is $15/hr - $18/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
