Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Floor Care Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing professional janitorial services across commercial office buildings and facilities, performing routine cleaning, floor care maintenance, and assisting with daily operational tasks.

Please note that this position requires a flexible schedule, specifically the ability to accommodate midday service 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and detailed janitorial cleaning for commercial buildings, office spaces, and facilities.
• Execute specialized floor care maintenance (carpets, concrete, and tile restoration) using professional-grade equipment.
• Uphold strict janitorial safety protocols and master Coverall’s Core 4 cleaning and disinfection process (training provided).
• Utilize hospital-grade cleaning products safely and effectively to meet rigorous commercial sanitation standards.
• Assist with site maintenance, equipment upkeep, and operational support tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in commercial building maintenance, janitorial services, or professional floor care is required.
• Willingness to Train: Must be willing to undergo specialized training on Coverall’s Core 4 system and advanced floor care techniques.
• Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation to travel between commercial client job sites.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for 12–15 hours per week, including a midday service shift 3 days per week.
• Work Ethic: Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or alongside the team.

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $20.00 / hour
• Hours: 12 to 15 hours per week (Part-Time)
