  • Responsibleย for the monitoring and replenishing of all food products in work area byย stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate, and timely fashion.
  • Ensures workย area is neat, clean, and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required toย maintain a clean and safe workstation.
  • Ensures andย monitors rotation and quality of product for appearance and safe holding temperature and proper storage of prepared foods under refrigeration withย product, date, and proper storage containers to minimize waste and spoilage and ensure quality attractiveness.
  • Partners withย culinary staff to work as a team to ensure coordinated workflow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains all equipmentย in proper fashion such as cappuccino machine, micros station, etc.
  • Accountableย for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirementsย (ServSafe).
  • Adheres toย regulatory, safety, departmental, and company policies.
  • Supportsย safety and accident prevention programs (nonslip footwear, properย lifting).
  • Performsย all other related and compatible duties asย assigned.
  • Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
  • Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues as needed

  • Available to work requiredย schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Must meet professional appearanceย standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
  • Able to be on feet for entire shift.
  • Able to tolerate noise and bright lights.
  • Able to work at a fast pace inย often crowded/noisy environment.
