What You'll Do:โ€ฏย 

  • Provide compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance
  • Monitor and report changes in clientsโ€™ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided
  • Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties
  • Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans

What You'll Need:โ€ฏย 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferredโ€ฏย 
  • Good standing, active MN Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, or successful completion of agency-provided training
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with older adults preferred
