Part-Time STEM Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

Nevada Partners, Inc. strongly supports community education internship programs that equip our interns with the skills and understanding needed to complete their educational programs. As the Neighborhood STEM Program Coordinator, you will support the program's successful implementation. This role ensures clear communication among instructors, participants, partner organizations, and internal departments, maintains organized program records, and supports participant engagement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support student recruitment and registration.
  • Coordinate the student enrollment process.
  • Coordinate student onboarding and orientation for instructors and program participants.
  • Maintain the program's activity schedule and assist with coordinating classrooms and instructors.

    • Assist with preparing instructional spaces and program materials.
    • Support communication and coordination between staff, instructors, and partners.
    • Monitor program activities and communicate operational needs to the Program Manager.
  • Documentation and Compliance

Education and Experience:

One to two years of experience with nonprofit STEM programs. Current undergraduate student (Junior/Senior preferred) pursuing a degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Administration, or a related field.
