Job description

Job Specifics:
  • Location: 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: 0.4 FTE, Casual Part-Time
  • Hours: 16 hours/week
  • Work Schedule: Mix of day and p.m. shifts, with an every other, or every third, weekend rotation; Day shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm and P.m. shift - 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Job Description:
  • Responsible and accountable for independently providing quality professional occupational therapy services under the direction of an occupational therapist to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Occupational Therapy Practice Act, AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards, and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
  • The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
  • The position will be working on the Child & Adolescent Unit of the Inpatient Facility.

Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license, and CPR, required.
