Job Description

Our Cooks perform the essential back-of-house tasks that keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. The position works directly under the Food & Beverage Manager and collaborates closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality food.

Generally, work tasks will include:

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and rotation of ingredients and supplies
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and restocking
  • Communicate any equipment or supply issues promptly to management
Qualifications / Expectations
  • Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
