Location : 5575 Warren Pkwy, Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034

Hours/Schedule: Contractor or Part Time Options- Create a schedule that works for you! Could start part-time at 20 hours with part-time benefits (i.e. PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, etc.) and build from there.

Salary:

Contractor COTA: $27/hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments) - $37/hour treament (billed in 15-minute increments) on Saturday 3pm-6pm and Sundays

Part Time COTA: $25-$30/hour depending on experience
