Job description

HOPE Wellness Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist / Medical Director to provide medical oversight and clinical leadership for our growing behavioral health practice.

Responsibilities included:

  • Medical oversight and clinical supervision
  • Provider supervision and clinical consultation
  • Chart review and sign-off
  • Compliance and quality support
  • Collaboration on treatment protocols and clinical policies
  • Supporting safe, ethical, evidence-based behavioral health care
  • Direct patient care may be limited based on organizational needs

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Experience supervising behavioral health clinicians and/or advanced practice providers
  • Experience with outpatient behavioral health, medication management, and telehealth
  • Collaborative leadership style
