We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help turn real business stories into engaging content.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate, college student, aspiring marketer, content creator, or someone looking to build a strong portfolio while working directly with a business owner.
What You'll Do
Content Creation
  • Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, graphics, transitions, and branding
  • Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of content
  • Organize and maintain a content library
Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Create graphics using Canva
  • Write captions and post copy
  • Help maintain a content calendar
  • Track engagement and performance
Marketing Design
  • Create case studies
  • Design one-page marketing materials
  • Develop event flyers and promotional graphics
  • Create presentation slides and sales collateral
  • Assist with direct mail campaigns
Event & Community Marketing
  • Promote webinars, networking events, and speaking engagements
  • Capture and repurpose event content
  • Create post-event recaps and highlight reels
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Strong Canva skills
  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar video editing software
